Est. in 2018 Living in New Mexico Real Estate was designed to give our brokers the ability to expand their independent businesses by keeping more of what they earn.
Our virtual office keeps us on the low end of the operating spectrum, our production level on the high end and an even higher level of customer service and satisfaction.
The State “required 36 certified education hours” may keep brokers in the loop as far as the rules go, but they don’t always cross over into ways to “Do business.” LivinginNM.com is committed to keeping your business on the forefront by answering questions, business planning, education on topics that matter to you, training and more.
Our fee structure is simple and straight forward with in house coop broker fees and the potential to earn 100% commissions.
“I was part of a big box brokerage with all the bells and whistles. Years into it I began to realize a few things; I wasn’t utilizing much of the cookie cutter services they offered because I had my own in place, the CRM system was nice but my clients were getting bombarded with automatic dip campaigns I didn’t know about, the contracts, rules and policies didn’t coincide with my plans and after paying office fees, advertising fees, the commission percentage and yearly dues.
Lets just say I started looking in a different direction. I began to travel the state offering consulting and training services to independent brokerages and I loved every minute of it! But realistically, I couldn’t see paying all the fees to keep my pretty office, if I wasn’t planning to be there. That’s when I set off on an adventure looking for a new brokerage home.
I went forward with the intent of finding a long term, easy fit, low cost option but nothing really jumped out at me. I began looking into opening my own brokerage in November 2017. It took me until January 2018 to get This Gal Sells Real Estate up and running. It was my intent to be a one woman boutique style brokerage. HAha wow, it’s funny how things change.
Mid 2018 I had a few brokers interested in joining me but This Gal Sells Real Estate has been my personal brand since 2015. I began kicking around some alternative brokerage names. Once I settled on Living in New Mexico Real Estate; I’ve never looked back.”Melissa Widner, Broker/Owner LivinginNM.com
